PrivateKeyEncryption failure

Anyone have any idea how to work around this one? I'm trying to compare between 2 different SQL server 2012 servers and receive the following error:
"PrivateKeyEncryption should be NA, MK, PW or SK"
Parameter name: privateKeyEncryption
Actual Value was CP.
I get this during the very first phase of registering data sources.

What version of SQL Compare are you using?
If you're not on the latest version please can you try upgrading? Does that help?
