Redgate detects CREATE TABLE in script stored in GIT repo

HI,

We write many data maintenance scripts and store them in our GIT repository in a folder (_Scripts) below the Red Gate root directory (Source Control Root Path into GIT Repository). This week, we created a script which includes a "CREATE TABLE #tmpList". It seems red gate recognizes the statement and now has become an object it tracks. if we were to tell it to 'drop' it will erase the script file. Is this a normal red gate function or a bug? We do not want redgate to manage theses scripts but we want them in the same location as we do not share all repository levels with all employees/contactors.

Any Ideas?
