I did some evaluating with the packager and there was one thing that was remarkable.
After doing a update from local to server I saw that the newer files were created nicely, but as a System file.
What is the reason of this? It's not possible to delete the files right now.

Can you explain further what you mean please?
What type of files are you refering to?

for instanceName - Owner - Type - Create Date
dtproperties dbo System 01-01-1980
sysdepends dbo System 01-01-1980
Drain dbo System 01-08-2006
while drain should be a User
During execute i used sa as the user
I cannot reproduce your issue.
Is it possible for you to send me snapshots of your databases please (ie your baseline SQL instance and the instance that you are moving up to.)

Nb. SQL Compare snapshots do contain any data.
