Command line script to not drop items from destination DB

Hello, I am using SQL Compare command line script along with project file. I am having an issue where the sql script that is generated from the compare is trying to drop items that are in the destination DB and not in the source artifact. How can I omit or not allow any DB drops from the destination DB?
