Open in SSMS Option

Could you create a feature in Script Manger that would allow you to open a script in SSMS automatically? So instead of just an option of `Run` you could have `open in SSMS`. Or possibly include a plugin of some sort in SSMS that would show scripts that are setup in Script Manager directly in SSMS so you could locate them easily? This would make this a more powerful tool than requiring that scripts in Script Manager can only be executed via the Scripts Manager app. I see this as a completely different use case to snippets because Script Manager scripts could be more complex than a short snippet and it would be much more helpful to have the associated documentation that Script Manager allows for. It also allows for organizing scripts via tags and authors much more intuitively than just having a folder full of snippets.

Thank you for reaching out on the Redgate forum regarding your SQL Scripts Manager feature request.
Scripts Manager is provided as a free tool that is largely community driven to provide scripts that can be run in the application.
I've noted you have submitted a few feature requests over a number of forum posts recently - I have collated these and escalated them to our product team for their consideration, and will update your posts as I receive any updates.
Hi Adam,
Developers have come back regarding this feature request to add integration between SQL Script Manager & SSMS.
This has been entered into their feature request development backlog. Due to development priorities, this request does not have an allocated timeframe to be reviewed and/or implemented.
Any new functionality is made available as part of a standard patch release for any Redgate product, and would welcome reviewing product patch notes in future should this be built into the tool.
