Platform logon confirmation keeps popping up.

This is not a signficant problem, but slightly annoying and perharps covers any underlying problem.
After succeful platform login, confirmation keeps popping up like every 15 minutes.



Environment: Windows Server 2022. Multiple developers connected using remote desktop. SQL Prompt (latest). SQL Server Management Studio 20.2.

Thank you for reaching out on the Redgate forums and sorry to hear about this persistent window opening new tabs. 

Appreciate the info you have provided, can you confirm if this pop-up has only started appearing since patching to the latest version of Prompt (v10.14.23 I am presuming)
Can you also confirm the browser that you are using that is opening the new tab.


I am in the process of trying to replicate this to escalate to our developers, so this may be resolved in a future release.

We run 10.14.21.9884 (The update check does not return any newer version).
Mainly using SQL Prompt from SSMS 20.2.30.0
We are a small team of developers (2-5 concurrently) running customer implementation from a Windows Server 2022 (21H2)
We use the Edge browser: 130.0.2849.46 (Official build) (64-bit)

Trying to supply more observations, this is a the RedGate processes with two developers logged into the server:

I can also add as an observation that we login using an Entra ID from the customer tenant, but we register SQL Prompt and logon to the RedGate platform using our company accounts (email for our company).
