Lighthouse removal

I have a couple servers that I recently acquired responsibility for.  I see remnants of LightHouse running on them.  Specifically there are entries being made to REDGate.SQLLighthouse.DDL_Events.  I see that this product has been discontinued.  I have looked and the app is not in the "Program Files (x86)\Red Gate" folder.  How can I remove all the artifact of LightHouse?
