Hi @kmdavisjr
Thank you for reaching out on the Redgate forums regarding your SQL Prompt shared styles inquiry.
Sharing Styles & Snippets are both functionality available if you have an active SQL Toolbelt subscription with access to the Redgate Platform

Further details on the Redgate Platform can be found here

To check if you have access to this platform - in SSMS open the SQL Prompt menu and look for
options
If these items are not showing, then SQL Prompt is not detecting a valid SQL Prompt / SQL Toolbelt license.
If you are logged in and not showing new shared content, it may be useful to reset your Redgate Platform shared content to aid in troubleshooting.
Selecting the "Clear Shared Content" option from the SQL Prompt > Help menu will do this:
This will remove any shared items (such as shared formatting styles) from your machine. When a synchronization to the Redgate Platform next occurs, the shared items will be re-downloaded.
If you have an active SQL Toolbelt subscription and are expecting to see these features, I can help with logging a ticket with the support team for more direct assistance.
Reach out to the sales or support teams - sales@red-gate.com | support@red-gate.com, and we'll be happy to help further.
