Why does the formatting not update the casing of the fields?

Hi,
See enclosed image. The columns are all defined in the table as UPPERCASE. For some reason, when formatting the document, it recognizes the FIDPERS in the second half of the union, but it doesn't in the first half of the union.
Can we fix this please? I did check the casing for "user defined" but it's only working half of the time. I would like to have an option to always have the case as defined in the object definition.
(Please excuse the terrible query - I did not write this monstrosity).

Are you able to confirm which Style you are using when formatting the query? Or if using a custom one, could you provide a copy of that Style? This would be located in:
C:\Users\Ben.Patel\AppData\Local\Red Gate\SQL Prompt 10\Styles
Are you also able to provide a copy of the query that you are trying to format?
