SQL Prompt 9 license used by "Device ID"

in SQL Prompt
Anyone know where the "Device ID" exists that shows up in the licensed users on the Redgate Portal for License Management..Current Usage?
I'm at a loss how to identify the client machines for the license users that show up this way. There are only two, the rest have their business email addresses associated with a consumed license seat.

Hello there,
The Device ID you see is a machine that was activated without being associated with a user's email address. This could be through manual(offline activation) or through an old version. You can read more about it here:
https://productsupport.red-gate.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024201273-What-does-Device-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-mean-
If you are full on entitlements, you can remove this device and assign it a user email.

I'm scream-testing, removed the Device ID licensed users, so whoever complains must have been the user.
