SQL Clone Agent loses connection with DB even though it shows as running
But after a short while (15 min or 20 min later), It does not matter if I'm working on SQL Server or not, it loses connection to Databases and shows 'offline' on the SQL Clone portal even though SQL Clone agent shows running as services. And then when I restart services and clone databases it start to work for another short while.
Sometimes, Even I restart SQL Clone agent in services, it does not start connection at all. SQL Clone portal shows 'offline' my agent as well.

Hi @onurcelebi
Thank you for reaching out on the Redgate forums and sorry to hear about your issues with SQL Clone losing connection with DB.
As a first step are you able to provide logs of your Clone instance so we can look for any errors that may be occurring.
In the SQL Clone web UI, go to Settings → About, and click Download logs:
https://documentation.red-gate.com/clone/troubleshooting/log-locations
You can provide logs through this link rather than uploading through the forum.
This is a unique link and is valid for a fortnight:

I would also recommend looking through our common troubleshooting items to see if there is a match to your currently experienced issue
https://documentation.red-gate.com/clone/troubleshooting
The most common occurrence I can see for lost connection/offline databases is here:
I also note you are on a very old version of SQL Clone, if possible are you able to patch to a current version and advise if your error is still occurring.
Latest release (v5.3.25) can be accessed here: https://download.red-gate.com/checkforupdates/SQLCloneServer/SQLCloneServer_5.3.25.4322.exe
