SSM No longer operational after install of update

Need help SSMS is not operational after install of 10.11.11 of SQL prompt and version 18.2 of SSMS.  I can send the error message but need technical assistance

    Please could you show us the error you are getting? 

    If you would prefer to troubleshoot in a support ticket just let me know so I can raise one for you. Alternatively, you can do so in your customer portal.
