Full time position working Saturdays with a day off during the week. 

Your Duties Include but are not limited to the following:

Buyer management, prospecting and administration

Attending photoshoots, staging appointments, building and pest, valuations and pre-settlement inspections

Managing resources for open homes and private inspections

Agent support during open homes

Coordinating client bookings

Database management and follow-up

General administration where required

Complete  Letter Drop, Cold-Calls, and Handling Relevant Sales Documents

Liaise with the Sales Director

Attending Auction

Skills & Experience:

1-2 years’ industry experience would be highly advantageous

A genuine passion for the real estate industry

Local Area Knowledge

Exceptional Customer Service

Ability to establish new business, negotiate and build solid relationships

Excellent Communication Skills (both written and verbal)

Excellent Professional Presentation

You Should Have:

An Agent's Representative Certificate.

A Valid Police Check

A Presentable Car and Valid Driver's License
