Selecting assemblies to debug

Trying to debug 3rd party Dlls and getting the following:
Could not load type 'Mono.Cecil.AssemblyFactory' from assembly 'Mono.Cecil,Version=0.10.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=50cebf1cceb9d05e

What am I missing?

I just bought the reflector pro license and I am facing the same issue in VS2017 Pro.
