Crash on Startup- "Cannot create a file when tha file already exists"

My SSMS crashed and upon opening it back up SQL prompt crashed with that error. This issue has persisted through starting and restarting the app and the machine.

Edit: It looks like SQL Prompt tried to create a JSON version of my settings multiple times and and as a result found a style file of the expected name already existed

Could you also send us the SQL Prompt folder from the location: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Red Gate\

Also I tried to get the logs as you reference above, but nothing happens when I click the Menu command.

As I mentioned above. Nothing happens when I click the Sow Logs command. How do you want the folder? Just a screenshot I presume:

I had the same issue, but appear to have found a way to overcome it, whether this is a solution I'm unsure, it just worked for me.
In SSMS: Open SQL Prompt > Edit Formatting Styles ...
Once the Formatting Styles window opens, on the top left under Your Styles, I found two styles named the same. Both were identical when examined, so I simply chose one of them and deleted it from within that window.
SSMS now starts normally and all SQL Prompt functionality is restored.
I have no idea how the duplicate file was created.
