Stack Dump in Logs

We installed this to monitor our servers a couple of days ago. We believe it was the cause of crashing one of our production servers with memory issues. The trace at the time of the crash reported that only SQLResponce was connecting to the server, nothing else and that the memory had maxed out.
Also when we tried to just remove it from this particluar server, it was still holding connections. Needless to say we have removed it, as we cannot afford the risk of this happenning again. This is supposed to be a low impact monitoring tool, our experience shows this is not the case.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issues you've been having with SQL Response. We haven't come across anything like this before.
Do you have any details of the error that happened?
I'm going to email you a diagnostic sql script. I'd be very grateful if you could run it and send me back the results.
Cheers,
