'Faulting module name: msvcrt.dll' for SQL Base Monitor service

Hi,

I recently upgraded our SQL Monitor install to version 9.0.18.22027, and ever since the base monitor service keeps crashing after around 30 seconds running. The error I'm getting is:

Faulting application name: RedGate.SqlMonitor.Engine.Alerting.Base.Service.exe, version: 9.0.18.22027, time stamp: 0x8281c881
Faulting module name: msvcrt.dll, version: 7.0.7601.17744, time stamp: 0x4eeb033f
Exception code: 0xc00000fd
Fault offset: 0x0000000000011957
Faulting process id: 0x4ad50
Faulting application start time: 0x01d531adfaff366e
Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\Red Gate\SQL Monitor\BaseMonitor\RedGate.SqlMonitor.Engine.Alerting.Base.Service.exe
Faulting module path: C:\Windows\system32\msvcrt.dll
Report Id: 5467ad8b-9da1-11e9-a640-e4115becff2c

I've tried re-installing the app but still get the same error.

Any suggestions appreciated!

Cheers

This is a known issue that we're investigating. Would you be willing to send in a procdump of the crash?

If you get Procdump from sysinternals, you can run
    procdump.exe -e -ma -t MonitorBaseDeploymentServiceLocal
to dump out crash dumps. We can then provide secure webspace to your email address if the files are too big.

    Hi Russell,

Thanks for the help. I've run the above and have the crash dump file. It's come out at 1.5GB so probably better if you create the web space as mentioned.

Thanks for your efforts on this - I went on annual leave when this came in unfortunately - the release was out last week so hopefully you're all squared away now?
