Rackspace connectivity issue

Dear all,

I'm currently having connectivity issue with Redgate monitoring tool trying to connect to Rackspace server with the following error message:

"Incorrect credentials or insufficient permissions UnauthorizedAccessException  
Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))"

Would you please let me know what would be the cause and how I could resolve it.
