Monitoring a server through a firewall

I have installed a trial of SQL Response. We have two SQL Servers in our primary network and two more in the DMZ network separated by a firewall. There is no NAT transaction if I want to access the two DMZ servers but I only open up ports and IPs when needed. What do I need to open up between the server with SQL Response running and a server it is monitoring in the DMZ?
