Just upgraded to 13.0. logins fail when using "runas" credentials

Previously used version 12.x successfully to log into another domain. Using "C:\Windows\System32\runas.exe /netonly /smartcard /user:ABC\JoeUser1 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Red Gate\SQL Compare 13\RedGate.SQLCompare.UI.exe"" format to run program.

DataCompare fails in same way.

    We don't think this is an expected change on our side. Can you please confirm the full version number of Compare 12.x.x.xxxx which you have successfully done it before?

    Can you share with us the exact login message it's throwing?

    Please close this defect. It is now working. There may have been a network issue at our facility. Sorry for the false alarm.

    I'm trying to use the "/smartcard" option to access database servers through a VPN. When I remove the option, I am prompted for my password instead of my PIN.
