    Definitely I am having problem with SSMS 2016 and SQL Prompt 8. SSMS 2012 is working well.

    Apologies that you are experiencing this issue. We are aware of this and you can resolve it by updating to the latest versions of both SQL Prompt and SQL Search if you have it.
