SQL Prompt on Windows RDS Server 2012

Hi,

I installed SQL Prompt on our RDS Server ( windows server 2012 ) ? ( bought 5 licenses )
SSMS crashes now when started.
Is there a solution ?

Thanks for your post. In order for us to fix this we will need some more information. If possible can you post the contents of the most recent log file from %LOCALAPPDATA%Red GateLogsSQL Prompt 7, or send us the log file to SQLPromptTeam@red-gate.com.

There is only 1 line in the log files :

When I start SSMS I get a window "SSMS has stopped working"

Hi Bert,

Thanks for your patience and apologies for the error.

We had an issue with our latest installer and our team is working on it and it is our number 1 priority.

Workaround is to uninstall these products: SQL Doc, SQL Data Generator and SQL Dependency Tracker

And then install them individually from here:
SQL Doc: ftp://support.red-gate.com/patches/SQLD ... .0.802.zip
SQL Data Generator: ftp://support.red-gate.com/patches/SQLD ... 0.1043.zip
SQL Dependency Tracker: ftp://support.red-gate.com/patches/SQLD ... .8.523.zip
