We have released SQL Monitor v5.1.2, which you can download here.
This version contains some minor performance improvements.
We're currently working on a new global dashboard to give you a clearer view of all your monitored instances. You can see a preview of the dashboard so far by adding "globaldashboard" to the end of your normal SQL Monitor URL.
