Upgrade Error

I'm trying to put the latest version of Source Control on my PC but when it tries to uninstall the current version, I'm getting the following error:
The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.
Click OK to try again, or enter an alternative oath to a folder containing the installation package "SQL Source Control_4.2.1.150_x86.msi" in the box below.
This also happens if I manually try to un-install it.
