false alert of job not started

the alert time is 10/5/08 at 12:07 am. The job last ran on 9/29 and is schedule ro run next on 10/12 (both at 12:07). Had the job been scheduled for weekly runs it should have ran on 10/5 but it is scheduled for biweekly runs.
