Dynamic upgrade script and "state" of DB deployment

I've been playing around with the deployment manager for a while now and i've almost got it sorted except one thing. In my past play deployments i've managed to to save both the Dynamic upgrade script and the state (complete list of procs,tables etc) within the same directory as the WebApp i'm deploying but now i cant seem to replicate it. Does anybody know how i can achieve this?

Hi- I get most of what you are saying but I don't get what you mean by " now i cant seem to replicate it. ". You can't replicate the ability to " save both the Dynamic upgrade script and the state (complete list of procs,tables etc) within the same directory as the WebApp i'm deploying"?
