Missing syscomments entry

Running SQL Compare 3, I get:
Missing syscomments entry. Please check your database

What exactly does this mean (other than there is not a record in syscomments for this object) and what is the easiest way to fix it?

Thanks,
Phillip

    Hi Phillip,

I haven't seen this before and I suspect it's either because you're attempting to use SQL Compare version 3 against SQL 2005, or there is indeed something wrong with the database. Syscomments is where a lot of the DDL for the database is stored. If the table is missing or damaged, SQL Compare would not be able to get eny schema information out of the database.
