MSP only for v2.03

Hi Andrea,

Thanks for your question. The upgrade from 2.02 to 2.03 requires a
complete re-install of the bundle, so there is no upgrade-only installation
this time. In addition, you have to completely uninstall 2.02 and install
2.03..
