Hi,
Seem to be having an issue after a reboot of my machine that hosts the SQL Monitor Base Monitor.
The Service is starting an hogging memory for no apparent reason. I have turned Trace Logging off and still have not noticed a performance increase.
This is slowing one of my boxes down that does also run several other tasks due to resource hogging.
Can anyone shed any light on this please?
Regards,
James

Thanks for your post.
The Base Monitor service will generally spike in memory as it's grabbing initial data, but should drop back down and stabilize after.
