Auto adding WITH for table hints

I've been looking for a solution to help me migrate from an SQL 2000 database to something to run in SQL 2012. One of the key pain points is that the WITH keyword on table hints is now required.
I was hoping that SQL Prompt, during reformatting, would be able to detect and add that in.
However, I didn't see any way to do that.
Can it do this? Or do you have another suggestion as to how to accomplish that?
