Reading foreign keys error while registering data sources

Occurred when a foreign key is referencing a user table, however, the user table was somehow now a system table.

recreated the table as a user table, reapplied all the fk's and comparison works fine now.

    Thank you for your post into the forum.

    The behaviour you have found is correct. SQL Compare does not allow users to compare and synchronize system objects.
