Disabling / Acknowledging Alerts By Server

Is there any way to disable an alert for a particular server? Another option would be to acknowledge an alert for a given period of time or until the alert stops and starts again.
This would be helpful in the cases where we have certain known issues with servers that we can't address at the moment but we don't want to continuously get alerted on them.
So basically, I would like to see if it's possible to get two changes
1) In the alert configuration screen a section with text that may say "Ignore this alert for the following servers" and you could have two lists; one list of servers that the alert is active for and another list of servers that the alert is ignored for. There would be arrows to move servers in and out of the lists
2) In the alert screen when you click on an alert instance there could be an option to say "Acknowledge this alert for" and it would give a few periods of time (1 hour, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, and until ended). Once acknowledged the alert would not come through again for that particular server or instance until either the time threshold or the active threshold has been reached.
If these options exist somewhere already (or comparable options exist) please point me in the right direction.
Thanks!

Part (1) is already available. You can configure alerts at any level of hierarchy.
In Configuration -> Alert Settings you can use the left-hand panel to select which group, server, instance or database you wish to provide specific alert settings for.
For example, you can place all development servers in one group and disable 'backup due' alerts, set different thresholds / severities for the resource utilisation and so on.
Unfortunately, there is no functionality for (2) at present. However, in the next release we plan to include support for maintenance windows, which are configurable time periods during which no alerting will take place for specific servers.

Thanks!
Is there any estimated release date for SQLMonitor v2.2?
