Exchange 2010 - Can't sort by "From"

I'm running an Exchange 2010 environment. I am using Exchange Server Archiver on a mailbox I use for journaling. When using the User Archive Access Service, I can't sort by the "From" field because the message arrives in the journaling mailbox as "Microsoft Outlook on Behalf of XXXX@prg.com". Is there a way around this?
