Would it be possible to try updating to the latest version of SQL Prompt Pro?

If you installed SSMS 2017 after installing SQL Prompt then you will need to rerun the installer so that it can install into SSMS 2017 too. Hope that makes sense.

We released the new version 2.1.5 to the VSTS marketplace (https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=redgatesoftware.redgate-readyroll), this version fixes the issue where you couldn't use secret in ShadowPassword.

What you need to do is email your serial key through to support@red-gate.com with your serial key and our support team will be able to reset an activation for you so you can get back up and running - these requests are actioned asap so you shouldn't be waiting very long!

You can download the SQL Prompt executable from the Redgate website and port this across to the siloed machine and the trial should start automatically. If this does not happen it will offer you the opportunity to "Activate Offline".
If this is the case you will have to obtain a trial key (which you can get by emailing sales@red-gate.com) and then follow the manual activation steps mentioned here: https://documentation.red-gate.com/xx/licensing/activating which should then get everything up and running for you!
